Probably not if you're afraid of heights.
Designed by architecture firm Arup Associates, the 'Sky Pool' will be made of 20cm thick glass sheets and will allow residents to swim across London's skyline, ten stories off the ground. Measuring twenty-five meters long, five meters wide and three meters deep, the structure is set to be installed at Nine Elms.
The transparent pool will, the developers say, be the first of its kind in the world. The deck will include a spa, bar, and greenhouse, where bathers can take in views of the House of Parliament, the London Eye, and the new U.S. Embassy located next door. Unfortunately, it will be open to residents only, so better start saving, folks.
