Design for new Bucks arena


I don't know why but I'm totally digging this design for the new Milwaukee Bucks arena. Some people say it's ugly and looks like a giant taco, while others think it's reminiscent of an old-fashioned beer barrel. But according to architecture firm Populous, the design is "inspired by the natural beauty of Wisconsin's rivers, lakes and forests" and "will stand out as an iconic addition to the cityscape and seamlessly connect with surrounding neighborhoods."




While designed for the Bucks, the 714,000 square foot stadium will serve as a multi-purpose venue suitable for shows, concerts and even ice hockey.

Cristina BanBan's vibrant paintings of voluptuous women

These colorful and bubbly images are the work of Cristina BanBan , a Spanish artist and illustrator currently based in London. She paints mostly with acrylics, and I'm engrossed in her bold, vibrant style and voluptuous characters. Cristina is one of the newest voices to emerge in the London art scene and has already extensively exhibited her paintings in numerous shows. The Work of Mauricio Paz Viola

Self-taught Uruguayan artist Mauricio Ezequiel Paz Viola has a knack for blending shapes and colors in striking combinations to create abstract forms with an exciting curiosity surging through them.
