My Instagram feed is often filled with the following images: selfies of friends and hot celebrities, nature shots, baby pictures, dog pictures, funny doodles and amazing drawings, endless streams of OOTDs and recently, beautiful photos of food arranged in size and color gradients.
Brittany Wright sorts everything — carrots, citrus, potatoes, tomatoes, doughnuts— very neatly by color to create remarkable still-lifes. Most of the food the Seattle-based photographer snaps is from local farms and none of it goes to waste: she either eats it or donates it. Wow, who knew there were blue eggs?
