Transparent capsule hotels hang 400ft above Peru's Sacred Valley

Want to push your adrenaline as high as it will go during your next vacation?

For about $300 per person, the Natura Vive Skylodge in Peru's Sacred Valley offers thrill-seekers the chance to sleep within a completely transparent pod wedged high on a mountainside. The 192 square feet suites are constructed from aerospace aluminum and weather-resistant polycarbonate, and each capsule has a private bathroom separated from the bedroom, complete with sink and bathroom with curtains for privacy.

The package includes breakfast, gourmet dinner with wine, transportation from Cusco and professional bilingual guides. But before they even get to their hotel rooms, daredevils must climb a 400-foot cliff face. Travelers will be provided with mountain climbing equipment such as climbing harness, helmet, gloves, etc.

The Adorable Sculptures of Yen Yen Lo

These images are from a series of wall sculptures created by Yen Yen Lo . Here you can see her intricately textured ceramic pieces, looking downright adorable. Yen Yen Lo's eye for the unique and whimsical is delightful. Apparently they are not intended for kids under 16. Fifteen-year-olds cannot be trusted with fragile stuff. Get them a Funko Pop instead.

'Star Wars' cutaway illustrations by Hans Jenssen and Richard Chasemore

These illustrations by Hans Jenssen and Richard Chasemore explore the inner workings of some of the most famous Star Wars vehicles, from the AT-AT walker to the Millennium Falcon. The interesting part about these images is that they're completely hand drawn, with no help from a computer whatsoever. Prepare to marvel at these wonderful examples of sci-fi art!  [h/t: Galactic Academy ]

A Delicate Touch

Hana Rubi is an artist from Manchester, England who creates objects that are visually compelling and a little bizarre—in the best way. I love the "Alice in Wonderland" vibe that her work embodies, and I couldn't help but stare at these simple, yet peculiar ceramic bell shaped dolls. Scroll down to see more of Hana's ceramic creations. And when you're done, be sure to check out her Etsy shop to get your own unusual and affordable art.
