At first glance, these mouth-watering images would make anyone wish their lunch break was just around the corner. But these pictures are actually detailed paintings by Jacqueline Poirier. Using plates as her canvas, the Toronto-based artist has created a series of realistic paintings of food that could easily be thought to be edible.
