Good luck, Wile E.

Street artist E. LEE recently completed this delightful mural on the east side of Five Star Bar in Chicago. The image on the wall, titled Caution: Falling Rock, features an eager Wile E. Coyote standing ready to pull the rope of his trap to catch the nippy Road Runner when he arrives.

"I tried to incorporate as much of the existing wall as possible into this mural: using the brick as a major element in the piece, and painting a post to make the "please back in" sign screwed into the wall look like it was in the scene. I really love blurring that line between reality and make believe."

At 32ft tall and 55ft wide, it's definitely one of Lee's largest public works.

Thanks, Rachel.

The Adorable Sculptures of Yen Yen Lo

These images are from a series of wall sculptures created by Yen Yen Lo . Here you can see her intricately textured ceramic pieces, looking downright adorable. Yen Yen Lo's eye for the unique and whimsical is delightful. Apparently they are not intended for kids under 16. Fifteen-year-olds cannot be trusted with fragile stuff. Get them a Funko Pop instead.

In Eleanor We Trust

Eleanor Swordy clearly stands out from the pack. She has a unique ability to create visually stunning artworks while maintaining her favorite theme and color palette. There's also a dream like quality to each of her paintings, which encourage deep viewing. Whether it's the way her colors are blended or how the cartoonish characters interact with each another, Eleanor is exploding with imaginative energy on how to execute it.

Listen to Reggie Pearl’s “Moldavite”

Reggie Pearl deserves more recognition. I really like her music and I struggled to pick a song to recommend if you somehow only have the time to listen to one. But “Moldavite” blew me away the first time I heard it, and I hope you will love it too.
